About our Chocolate

Our chocolate is the freshest chocolate possible and uses beans under 30 days old since sun drying, ensuring optimum flavour.

We started making chocolate and value added products in 2019, to create local work and serve a needed market in the Solomon Islands where chocolate is not readily available and only imported cocoa powder available locally.

We now provide a wide range or value added products from the much loved local cocoa husk tea to solar dried chocolate dipped bananas.

Everything is handmade, by a local team, using only local ingredients.
